There’s no warmer welcome than walking into the Delphi office and being greeted by Kelley. Being part of the Delphi Team and working with a collaborative group of individuals keeps her smiling. “The team at Delphi is able to bring out the best in each other; when I leave for work each morning, I tell my family that I’m going on vacation.”
Working at Delphi marks the beginning of Kelley’s experience in the Financial Planning industry.
“I enjoy meeting clients and providing them with a positive experience from the moment they walk through our door. I started as one of John’s clients; I know the sense of security that comes when you work with a financial advisor.”
Kelley graduated from Swarthmore College in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. She spent 12 years working in the US Steel Industry for both Lukens and Bethlehem Steel as a General Supervisor. While working at Lukens, she earned an MBA from Villanova University in 1997.
Kelley met her husband, Joe, while working at Lukens and “retired” to be at home with their two children. This began another career of volunteering at the Chester County Historical Society, homeschooling, and being a mom.
Having worked in profit and non-profit industries, as well as industrial and educational environments, Kelley has a strong background in efficient practice management and in cultivating a sense of community through inclusiveness. Two teenagers keep Kelley and Joe busy with swim meets, shopping, and eating out. Her favorite child, Talisker, is their Bernese Mountain Dog.
